Here are some of my ideas on how you can make sure you have a lovely day:
- Listen to lots of upbeat music.
- Try and compliment three people a day. I know it might be difficult for some people ;) but you'll be happy when you know you've managed to put a smile on somebody's face. A compliment can in fact make someone's entire day.
- Smile at strangers! When they smile back, you'll feel great. You could even say good morning/afternoon...
- Slow down and take your time. Rushing through everything can make you feel quite stressed. Just sit back for a second and think.
- Say Thank-you. It's simple but a good one...
- Sing loudly in the shower in the morning. It will brighten your day. :)
